I’ve decided to try and plan my training for both kung fu and running. My friend and running partner sent me the following link which is a half marathon training schedule. Half marathon training for beginners. This has inspired me to use my Google calendar to plan out my runs and kung fu classes. I’m going to attempt to run one long run a week and one to two short runs a week. Also going to try to go to 2 to 3 kung fu classes a week. Somewhere in there should be one or two rest days. My calendar is public under jenyarmoska@gmail.com, if interested in following my craziness. I’m hoping this helps me stay in shape and improve my strength and stamina in both activities. Also planning on doing the Disney princess half marathon in February of next year. 🙂
